An ongoing series called, Thankful Thursdays has been announced on ABC7-Good Morning America, it is their way of saying Thank You America. The story featured today involved Latrina Wilcher, owner of Sweet Tri Pastries. She was previously homeless and worked her way out of it and now delivers and serves her sweet potato pies and water to the homeless. Latrina says she does this as an act of love and wants to give them hope. The seeds of more stories on network TV, involving gratitude and love are being harvested, it is just a matter of time before more TV networks start to feature more heart-centered stories vs. violence.
