10,000 Hours

It has been written that it takes 10,000 hours to become good at something.  If you spent 8 hours everyday working on “getting good at something”, this equates to 1250 days, which equals 3 years and 42 days.   The measure of hours vs. months or years is helpful as we go about the quest for becoming good at something.
