- Visualizing the solution -How would you like to see things turn out?
- Letting go, relieving our fears-spend more time thinking about hopes and dreams vs. your fears
- Acknowledging synchronistic moments- I am sure you have heard the comment “ there are no coincidences” or “I just happened to” moments. The Universe operates in a very on purpose way
- Entertain diverse perspectives-be willing to listen views that may be a little different than yours
- Letting go of rigid beliefs-learn and appreciate the delicate art of compromise
- Follow intuition-the still small voice that whispers to you, listen more intently, try to follow 1st thought, not the 2nd guess.
- Allowing the past to die, so you can live in the moment today-the only time and moment that we truly have is this moment; not what happened a minute ago or what may happen in the next hour, day, week or year.
These concepts are truly profound and real keys to enjoying better health.
